1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PK2026 platform at pk2026.win — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any services on pk2026.

These terms apply to all areas of the pk2026 platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional offers. They apply to all registered users in Pakistan regardless of how they access the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The PK2026 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets or play any casino games. We take age verification seriously and require identity documentation before processing withdrawals or large transactions.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid CNIC or equivalent identification when requested for account verification.
• PK2026 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time.
• If you are found to be under 18, your account will be immediately suspended and any funds may be withheld pending review.

PK2026 does not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, please contact our support team immediately.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on PK2026. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name — is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration — name, date of birth, contact number and email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk2026 support immediately.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You cannot sell, trade or give your pk2026 account to another person.

4 Deposits & Payments (PKR)

All deposits on PK2026 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit card and other mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied — the PKR amount you deposit is credited directly to your pk2026 balance.

• Deposits are processed in PKR only. Foreign currency deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — check the Deposit page for current limits.
• PK2026 does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side; however, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails or does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Funds deposited on pk2026 are intended for gaming purposes. PK2026 does not pay interest on account balances and player funds are held separately for accounting purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. All withdrawals are made in PKR and must be directed to an account or wallet registered in your own name. PK2026 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Your account must be fully verified (CNIC and contact confirmation) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method — see the Withdrawal page for details.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the method chosen.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is a pending identity verification check on your account.
• If a bonus is attached to your balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• Funds that originated from deposits which are later reversed or disputed will be removed from your withdrawal amount.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PK2026 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players in Pakistan from time to time. These may include deposit bonuses, free spins on slots, cashback offers or sports betting promotions around events like PSL or T20 matches. Each promotion carries its own specific terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions and eligible games will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for the account holder only — sharing or referring the same player under multiple accounts to claim a bonus is prohibited.
• PK2026 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is found to have been claimed fraudulently or in breach of the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates — unused bonus funds will be removed from your account once the promotion period ends.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of pk2026 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, football and Esports. Bets placed on the platform are governed by the following rules in addition to any market-specific conditions displayed at the time of placing your bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• PK2026 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets if a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement timeframe, or if there is evidence of match irregularities.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the time of confirmation — any delay between submission and acceptance means the accepted odds may differ from those displayed at the moment you clicked.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are shown in PKR at the time of placing your bet.
• If a PSL or international cricket match is reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow the standard Duckworth-Lewis method or the specific market rules displayed for that match.
• Duplicate or suspicious betting patterns — including coordinated betting across multiple accounts — may result in bet cancellation and account review.

8 Casino & Slots Rules

The pk2026 casino section includes slots, table games, video poker and live casino with real dealers. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer operations to determine outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous rounds or by the size of your bet.

• Each game has its own paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules — these are displayed within the game interface.
• Any bets placed during a connection interruption will be settled based on the server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection.
• Casino game outcomes are final. Disputes about individual game results must be raised with support within 7 days of the session in question.
• Live Casino sessions are streamed in real time. If a technical issue interrupts a live session, the round will be voided and stakes returned where possible, at pk2026's discretion.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or display bugs to gain an advantage is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk2026 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on PK2026 under any name or contact detail.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person during verification.
• Attempting to reverse deposits after placing bets (chargeback fraud).
• Exploiting technical bugs or glitches for financial gain on the platform.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

PK2026 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used in violation of these terms. In the event of a suspension, the following applies:

• PK2026 will communicate the reason for suspension where it is appropriate and safe to do so.
• Funds held in a suspended account will remain accessible pending the outcome of any investigation, unless those funds are directly connected to the violation.
• Players may appeal an account suspension by contacting pk2026 support with their account details and a description of the situation.
• If a self-exclusion has been applied to your account, pk2026 will not accept any requests to reopen it during the exclusion period.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pk2026 support team. Voluntary closure will not affect any pending withdrawals already in the processing queue.

12 Privacy & Data

Your personal data collected during registration and use of pk2026 is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
